looopoi is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our operational intelligence software for restaurants, bars, pubs and event venues.

We collect this data to provide the looopoi service: to route guest feedback to duty managers in real time, to calculate staff recognition points, to generate shift and event reports, and to populate the multi-venue Command Center. We do not use this data for any purpose other than delivering the service you have signed up for.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we delete your venue and guest data within 90 days. We retain anonymised aggregated metrics for product improvement.
We do not sell, share or rent your data to third parties. Guest, staff and revenue data is never shared with other looopoi clients. We do not use your data to train external AI models. Our infrastructure runs on Supabase, which is SOC 2 compliant.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To request a copy of your data, or to ask us to delete it, email privacy@looopoi.com.
Each client's data is isolated by client ID with row-level database security. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We conduct regular security reviews.
We use essential cookies only — to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email. The current version is always available at this URL.
